(OMG this stuff is so delicious)

Some of yesterday’s salad and a cheese and kransky omelette (3 eggs, 2 egg whites that were left over from last night’s crappy hollandaise experiment -bad move - it was way too much egg and I couldn't eat it all)

6.45pm
 Pumpkin soup with butter and cream, 2 oxo cubes salt and pepper.  (It was very rich and I couldn’t finish it.)

Eggs Benny with Mushrooms and a Keto Muffin and Hollandaise.  (I didn’t finish it all.  I ate all the muffin, eggs and sauce but only half the bacon and mushrooms.  It is very empowering to eat until I am satisfied rather than shovelling it down.  I can’t pig out on fat and protein, it just doesn’t let you.)

7.15pm 
2 homemade beef burgers made with fresh herbs, garlic, egg, cumin, cayenne with cheese and Salad with hollandaise.  (It was a lot of salad because I had bugger all carbs at lunch, so that was a bit hard but I need the fibre.)

Pumpkin Soup, 1 cup of pumpkin skinned, cooked with a cup of water, 1 garlic clove, 2 chicken oxo cubes, salt and pepper.  Cook till soft, mash with butter and cream, if a smoother soup is wanted blast with stick blender, season to taste.  1 Keto Muffin toasted.

Chicken coated with cayenne and salt, Salad made with peppers, tomatoes and Kale, sour cream and cheese  wrapped in lettuce leaves (I don’t think I’ve eaten enough fat today, I just have a weird feeling, I might have a cocoa with cream tonight)

 Bacon, Mushrooms and pancakes, which I made from 1tbsp of butter melted, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of cream, 2 equals dissolved in 2tbsp of warm water, mix together than add almond meal until thick (as you like) and half a tsp of baking powder.  I served them with butter and sugar free maple syrup, which Im a bit weary of as it contains sorbitol as a sweetener, which can spike insulin.  F*ck breakfast was gorgeous, and I don’t know why but I feel guilty…wtf is that???

6.30pm
Chicken Coconut curry with peppers, tomato, pumpkin, and Kale (not that fussed with that particular new superfood) 
Tama made up this recipe for me.  Enough for two meals.    It was DIVINE I had a small almond meal pancake with butter for dessert.
10.30pm ¼ cup of hot cocoa, cream (regretted it after two mouthfuls)

Coffee with cream…is it wrong that I love this stuff so much, one cup and I am okay with the world and not hungry for hours and hours.

1.00pm
Chicken curry from the night before with added wilted cabbage and spinach.  I added more of the curry mix and it was yummy as heck
2.30pm Coffee and cream and sucked a couple of rocks of Himalayan rock salt and felt really, really sick, I won’t do that again.
Lost 2 centimetres off my waist and 2 off my neck.

7.30pm
1 egg and half a cup of chicken fried together.  Ugliest meal I’ve ever made so did not take a picture of it, but yummy, no veges tonight.  Ate masses at lunch time.
(I am a bit worried about the carb situation, as I saw that if you cook veges too long they can turn into all carbs and I really prefer cooked veges, salad is okay, but not my favourite and sometimes you just get sit of the amount of chewing, I am not a cow for god sake)

I woke up at 3.40am and can’t get back to sleep.  The brain is a bit fuzzy.  Tired but the lights in my brain is flickering like a dying bulb.  My birthday yay 56 years old.
8.00am Cup of coffee with cream (It should be illegal how yummy this is)
 
 
 

Managed to fast on my birthday from 7.30pm the night before, almost 23hours

6.15pm
Baked stuffed mushrooms, salad with lettuce, spinach, tomato, spring onion, cucumber, cheese, and almonds with boiled eggs.
Salad dressing.
(For the stuffed mushrooms I mixed pork mince, green tops from spring onions and chopped cabbage (that I pulled the water out of with salt and rinsed) and some Chinese 5 spice, piled the mix into Portobello mushrooms and baked.)  The Chinese 5 spice was a bit much, I think I put too much in.’

 Stuff Cabbage rolls and sour cream.
This week I have lost another 4 cm off my waist and 4 off my neck BUT I have not lost any weight. The initial disappointment was my hangover from all my previous diet issues...but this is not a diet it is a new life so I am thrilled.  My son is calling me the incredible shrinking mama. 

8.15pm
1 pork chop slow cooked with tomato, cumin, salt, pepper kale and spinach.  Mashed cauliflower and broccoli with butter, cream and cheese.  A tiny salad with feta and avocado.
