Sixth week

7.30 am Coffee and Cream

1.00pm Curried lamb with asparagus spears
 

7.00pm 3 roast Chicken drumsticks, on a bed of spinach with mushroom sauce with mashed cauliflower and broccoli and a coconut flour and almond flour cheesy bread.  (I am so full)

6.30pm
Pork Chops with a feta, almond and butter crust baked on a bed of peppers and onions, a cauliflower and broccoli frittata topped with asparagus.

8.30pm Thai coconut curry with curry cauliflower rice and cabbage

8.30am Coffee and cream

12.00 2 bunless cheese, egg, bacon and mushroom burgers
1.00pm chia coconut pudding with almonds, berries and cream (omg I am obsessed by chia seeds now)

7.00pm Roast pork, crackling, almond gravy, roast pumpkin, roast cauliflower and nuked broccoli. (Yumbles but my husband makes too many potato roasties and there are too many leftovers that the boys promise to eat but NEVER DO!  *Grump*)

Big bowl of coconut cauliflower and chicken curry.
2.40pm
Coffee with cream
4.00pm Chia seed and coconut pudding with fruit.
 

8.30pm
Coconut cauliflower and chicken curry with cabbage and pumpkin added.

41 Tuesday 30/10/2018
7.45am Coffee and Cream
 

12.30pm Cold pork, boiled eggs, salad and mayo with 1 minute bread.

8.00pm  Chicken, eggs and salad with mayo (For some dumb reason, probably talking too bloody much, as we had visitors I took a bite out of a bread roll - a real one - then immediately couldn’t swallow it, as it felt weird in my mouth and spat it out.  That freaked me the hell out.) 

42 Wednesday 31/10/2018
7.30am Coffee and cream, the most delicious way to start a day by the way…yummy.

Weighed myself this morning and have lost  870gms and my blood pressure is 110/76 


12.30pm chicken, eggs and salad (Scotty forgot his lunch so I nabbed it hehehe)  I love best foods mayo, and I know I am supposed to go all whole foods blah blah but my mayo will never ever be as nice)
4.40pm Hot berries with vanilla coconut chia seed pudding.
5.30pm 30gms cheese
 

9.00pm
(Late dinner I was feck’n starving)
Cheese tacos stuffed with salad, chilli, sour cream and salsa.

10.20pm Cocoa with cream

Wow, so hungry today, I don't know what it is but I do know it's not physical, it's more of a craving after being out in the sun.
