zucchini with cream and apple cider (weird combo
but Tamati ate all the chicken)

7.30pm Pork schnitzel Roasted
Cauliflower Spinach salad and
mushroom sauce (I put a tsp of flour in the sauce and I am freaked out by the
amount of butter I’m eating on Keto but I will persevere)

22/9/2018 Cup of coffee
with cream 9.20am (not thrilled
with the taste of artificial sweetener but I will persevere)

2pm 3 slices bacon 2 fried eggs Two tablespoons
creamy mushroom sauce made with a tiny bit of flour and cream (I ate it too
fast, delicious but texture was weird without toast and freaked out by how
much fat there was in it) The last time I used flour!

7.00pm Baked chicken
with cheese and almond topping Mashed
cauliflower and cabbage Spinach and
lemon dressing (I still freak
out at the amount of fat. I am not drinking those bullet proof coffees with oil and butter in them, yuk, just cream in my coffee so I’m all good
*crossed fingers*)

4 Sunday
23/9/2018 9.37am cup of
coffee with cream (artificial sweetener is still a chore, but better than bitter…*da
dat bom bom tisk*)

2.30pm 3 egg omelette
with leftover chicken cheese and almond bake, spinach, cauliflower and
cabbage mash inside. (Wow that was
delicious. I did not feel hungry until
I ate, just a bit head achy and tired but I was at the library and couldn’t
do anything about it.)

7.15pm Roast pork with
crackling, cauliflower, pumpkin, cabbage, mashed with butter, cream and
cheese. Tiny bit of gravy. (Yummy meal,
didn’t have a lot of meat but ate a lot of fat etc and some gravy, don’t know
what that is gonna do to the carbs *cross fingers*) very, very full.

24/9/2018 7.30am Coffee with
cream

12.30pm 3 large
cauliflower and cabbage hash browns with egg (delicious) sautéed red pepper
and mushrooms, lettuce with lemon dressing.
Coffee with cream. (I got
hungry at about 11am but drank water and held out till after Scott
called. I am so stuffed.)

8.15pm 2 boiled eggs,
tossed salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, red pepper, rocket shoots and
lemony dressing, broccoli and cauliflower mash with cheese. (The
cauliflower and broccoli mash was superb.
I ate a huge salad but it was still only half of what I should have
and I was stuffed, it is hard to eat that much greenery)

1.35pm Salad with
lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, spinach, almonds, cheese, 2 boiled eggs and
lemony dressing, and best food mayonnaise.
(Tastes
delicious but wow, salad is hard to eat.) 1.49pm Coffee
and cream

8.00pm Beef burger
with cheese, two fried eggs, on a bed of lettuce, tomato and a tbsp. of mayonnaise.
(I am finding it weird to not feel hungry, instead I am lightheaded and achy.
The supermarket was a nightmare tonight, I am not going back there for a long
while. So much sugary crap.)

cream 9.15am (weighed
myself, lost 4 kg, literally screaming with joy, this is the first time the scale has gone backwards since I almost died from hyperthyroidism.

12.50pm 3 x Keto
pancakes, 3 pieces of bacon, 5 chopped mushrooms and 2 grilled tomato halves,
1 tbsp of butter
|
8.15pm Roast chicken
thigh, gravy, mashed cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage with butter and cheese,
roast pumpkin.

27/9/2018 7.30am Coffee with
cream
|
1.30pm cauliflower,
cabbage and broccoli hash browns covered in rocket microgreens. 1 large pork
sausage. (From takeaway, dunno what
was in it, don’t feel the best after eating it L )

7.00pm Pumpkin soup, made with 2 x chicken oxo, cream and butter, salt and black pepper. Then ate celery sticks and a tbsp hummus. *did not know at the time that hummus is high in carbs* lost 4 kgs and 6 cm off my waist
