Coffee and Cream

 

 

1.40pm 

Left over sauce from last night’s dinner, leftover cauliflower and broccoli bake. A cup of coffee and cream.  (My tummy is being a bit noisy obviously because of the cream I think.)

8.00pm

Beef burger with cheese, bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on a keto almond flour bun.  (I think I’ve sussed the bread now and so far I only have to make it for myself so I’m happy.)

 

23 Friday 12/10/2018

10.45am Coffee with cream

(Scotty left early this morning so I had to make it myself and it didn’t taste anywhere near as nice as when he does it…hmmm…does he sneak crack in it or something??) 

2.30pm

2 spears of asparagus wrapped in bacon, 2 small breakfast sausages, three sliced mushrooms, half a cup of chopped cherry tomato and 1 fried egg.

7.30pm

1 chicken thigh roasted with garlic salt and cayenne pepper on the skin.  Cauliflower and Asparagus cooked in a curry, cream sauce.

Coffee and cream (while lying in the bath as I am a spoilt tart)

Cup of spicy coconut and pumpkin soup

 

4.30pm Coffee with cream

7.00pm

4 bacon wrapped asparagus spears, 2 fried eggs, a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, celery, spring onion. 30 grams of haloumi, half a tiny sausage.

9.00am Coffee and cream

Quarter of a Vege and bacon frittata with cauliflower, red pepper, spring onion, spinach ad chopped bacon, cheese and eggs, with sour cream, 2 sausages three angel tomatoes

4.45pm cup of coffee with cream

8.30pm

Roast chicken thigh with cauliflower, spinach and pepper in a curry sauce.

26 Monday 15/10/2018

7.30am

Coffee and cream (nom nom nom) I will start cutting back on artificial sweetener, I use equal which does not spike insulin but does contain a tiny bit of carb…I have to deal with the sweetness issue…I don’t want cravings

1.30pm

3 pieces of streaky bacon with 3 almond and coconut flour pancakes with sugar free maple syrup.  (I was impatient cooking today and burned almost everything so there won’t be any photographic evidence of that mess.) 

3.30pm

A salad, lettuce, cucumber and tomato a little feta cheese and some best food mayo, it was yum

9.00pm

Baked pork with almonds, spinach and frittata

I mixed slivered almonds with cheese and butter and sprinkled it over the top of the pork chops then baked them.

Huge bowl of coconut pumpkin soup and keto bread toasted, I need a square glass microwave bowl

Cheese, egg and bacon burgers with no buns on spinach…2 burger patties, cheese, 3 strips of bacon, 2 fried eggs and a handful of spinach with lemon and olive oil

It was a huge yummy meal that my son Tamati made for me because he is the best cook in this household J

7.30am Coffee and cream

3.30pm Coffee and cream, used stevia tastes like chalk, not impressed.  

Fasting 26 hours 

Woke up an hour later than usual yay, great sleep, taking a magnesium tablet at night now.  I've lost 1.200 kg, 4 cm of my waist and 3 cm off my neck and my blood pressure is 110/81 , it's still a teensy bit high but way WAY lower than it used to be at 146/100 a month ago :)
