It was awful!!!!  The taste was okay but it was all ooky spooky and pale looking

(Tama made the meatballs for me and they are delicious with spice, garlic and general yumminess)

Yesterday Scottie to hotty and I went out for a big brekki and it was nice, but there are things I can’t eat like hash browns and toast and latte so, today I made a keto fry up with cauliflower hash browns, keto bread toast, mushrooms and spring onions in a cream sauce thickened with cream cheese and sour cream, black pudding, bacon, Toulouse sausages, huge double yolker eggs and sautéed peppers.   The boys and I looooooved it, apart from the sausage disagreement J

Barbecued burgers, salad, tzatziki, asparagus, cauliflower, mushroom and bacon sauce

I know, I know, this is a week late, it is actually going up when the next week should be.  My only excuse is that I am having a really hard time getting my shit together and not for the reasons you would think either.  Far worse reasons.  The reason of 'Normality'.

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, so I am just going to write what is happening to me.  

My mind is quiet, so quiet it is kind of frightening.  I have spent all my life with a billion thoughts shooting off in all directions at once.  Now I can think about one thing at a time and it is freaking me the hell out.
