Second Week

9 Friday 28/9/2018

2 pork sausages
Leftover cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage hash browns, chopped spinach, poached eggs, topped with cream and cheese sauce
1 coffee and cream

8.30pm
2 meat patties with cheese
3 eggs, fried mushroom
Salad with Lemon, olive oil and mustard dressing.
(I worry that the food is too delicious. Went to have blood tests today, spyed a set of scales and wanted to jump on but stopped myself, no no no I say to my usual obsession)

(Lunch with Jenna-Rose and Stevie) Stevie made a gorgeous bacon and egg Frittata, mushrooms, asparagus, lettuce, avocado, olive oil and black pepper
3.04pm Coffee and cream

7.15pm
Baked sausage in a beef oxo and almond flour gravy. (Not a great success, flour does not thicken and a bit too salty) Broccoli and cauliflower with a curry, cream and cheese sauce and baked.  (added some of last night’s salad dressing to it, totally yum, going to curry veges up much more often.)

Fried bacon and mushrooms on a salad of lettuce, tomato, celery, red pepper, spring onion greens, avocado
2 boiled eggs

8.00pm
Roast chicken leg
Stir fried cabbage in butter, salt and pepper, roasted cauliflower and almond flower gravy.  (Not that fussed about dinner, it was okay, but not as yummy as roast potatoes, corn and peas the boys were eating, that kind of fecked me off, especially the amount of bread on the table that I couldn't eat grrr :( )
 

12 Monday 1/10/2018
8.30am Coffee and cream

2 sausage patties, 2 pieces of frittata and a big lettuce, cucumber, spring onion and rocket salad with lemon dressing. (I feel like I just pigged out) I am taking that doctor at his word, he said don’t worry about the calories, so I am not.  Ive hit a wall today, I’m absolutely exhausted.
 

8pm
2 sausage patties, cauliflower, 3 almond flour pancakes with fake maple syrup and butter.  Lettuce and tomato.  (That was the weirdest meal I had for a while, it was the pancakes and syrup, it just felt so so wrong.  The patties weren’t that great either, I couldn’t eat the cauliflower, I was tired and watching the boys eat burgers and chips was a bit much.)

13 Tuesday 2/10/2018
7.45am Coffee with cream
 

1.15pm
Mashed cauliflower and cabbage with butter, cheese and cream grilled till golden and bubbly.  Topped with two fried eggs.  (*note* keep the water the veges were cooked in for beef broth, it is a waste to throw the nutrients away)

6.30pm
Pork chop in cream sauce, roast pumpkin, spinach with lemon and olive oil, leftover mashed cauliflower and cabbage with butter cream and cheese
 
8.00pm Cocoa made with hot water and cream with three equals  (this is a snickers bar I tell myself hahaha)

14 Wednesday 3/10/2018
7.30am Coffee with cream
 

 

8.30pm (my first 26 hour fast yay)
Roast chicken, almond flour chicken gravy, Salad, lettuce, spinach, celery, tomato, spring onion greens, pepper, cucumber, walnuts and sliced almonds.  Hollandaise and lemon dressing.

(OMG this stuff is so delicious)


 10.36am weight and measurements...lost 4kg and 4 centimetres off the waist 

12.20pm
Some of yesterdays salad and a cheese and kransky omelette (3 eggs, 2 egg whites that were left over from last nights crappy hollandaise experiment -bad move - it was way too much egg and I couldn't eat it all) 

6.45pm Pumpkin soup with butter and cream, 2 oxo cubes salt and pepper.  (It was very rich and I couldn’t finish it.)
