1.40pm Chilli leftovers with tomato, spring onion and pepper fried in a pan with an egg and 1 90 second keto bread

3 chorizo sausages, 2 eggs and fried cabbage nom nom nom

 

10.30pm chia pudding

1.00pm

1 slice of cold pork, pumpkin soup and 90 second mug bread with butter.

 

8.30pm

 Chicken and cheese burger on a keto bun.  Half a chicken breast, topped with haloumi cheese, with 2 eggs, bacon and mushrooms, salad and half a keto muffin.

9.30am Coffee and cream

12.00pm, bacon, cheese and egg, 2 coconut pancakes, syrup and butter, a cup of coffee and cream

 

9.00pm a snack of cheese

10.34am Salad, tomato, peppers, spring onion, cucumber, baby cos lettuce, mescaline mix and mustard/best-foods mayo dressing with olive oil

11.44 am 2 soft boiled eggs, 1 90 second bread and butter

2.17pm choc chia pudding with berries

8.30pm Fish pie with layers of cabbage, cauliflower, boiled eggs, and creamy white sauce with cheese and salmon baked until golden.

7.30am Coffee and Cream

Time flew this week and I have been so hungry and hormonal and stressed.  It has nothing to do with the Keto, other things have been happening around me. Being broke is really getting to me.  Big bills this week, unbelievably huge and we have had to scrape by and it is hard.

1.30pm

Sausages, Eggs and Keto bread (Bread was very dense and crumbly, I do NOT like coconut bread as much as Almond *very grumpy face)

The meal was disappointing.  There really is no substitute for a sausage in a buttered bread with onions, tomato sauce and mustard…will someone get off their arse and make a decent Keto bread PLEASE!

3.30pm Coffee and Cream

9.00pm

bolognaise with cabbage as pasta.  It is definitely not the same.  I want a spiralizer so I can make noodles out of zucchini.

I was still hungry after dinner.  Its head hunger, I am feeling a bit low of late. 

I have not lost any weight but I am visibly smaller even though I went to buy a Bra at the Bendon shop and there was only 1 in the entire shop that fit me…a bit sobering L

I havn't lost any weight but a few centimetres.  I should feel happy about that but I am so tired. The supermarket, which used to be my favourite place is now a torture chamber...there is so much crap in it, do people have no shame lying to us.  Low fat??? What a load of bollocks.  It makes me so mad and the thought that people knew, and were lying on purpose for money...bastards.
