How many overly enthusiastic Americans can you handle screaming at you from the 'Youtubes?

The first take away I have about a "Low Carb High Fat" or LCHF diet is that you have to trust yourself and this seems to be the hardest part of the whole journey because what I really, REALLY, really want is someone, anyone, to tell me if I am doing it right or wrong.  And no one can do that because this is  an individual hikoi  and we are well and truely alone.

Life is the same, we live each and every moment and we never know if we are doing it wrong or right we just have to wait and see if it all turns out okay.
So, if no one is telling me what to do, what am I doing?
 I am using my intuition.
Does it work?
Well so far so good (knock on wood)  What I wanted to happen are happening:

  • I am sleeping through the night without medication
  • My blood pressure is down
  • I am losing weight
  • The bodily aches and pains I have lived with for years and YEARS are disappearing
  • I have less anxiety
  • My thoughts are less scattered and I can focus for a lot longer
  • My moods are less intense
  • I am waking up in the morning happy to face a day and okay with whatever is going to happen in it.
So what more do I want?
